Sage Travel Services Express Adventures Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Sage Travel Services. By booking a bus tour with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Booking and Payment
This tour requires payments to be made in full at the time of booking.

  2. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation by Customer: Customers must notify Sage Travel Services of their intention to cancel their booking in writing (via email or mail) at least sixty (60) days prior to the scheduled departure date of the tour.

Cancellations made before the 60-day limit will be eligible for a refund, minus the $100 non-refundable deposit.

Cancellations made within sixty (60) days of the departure date will not be eligible for a refund, and the full amount paid for the tour will be forfeited by the Customer.

Cancellation by Sage Travel Services: We reserve the right to cancel a tour for any reason. In such cases, you will receive a full refund of all payments made.

Delays, Mechanical Issues & Third-Party Suppliers: Sage Travel Services acts solely as a tour organizer and does not own or operate the motorcoach, airlines, hotels, attractions, restaurants, or other service providers used in connection with the tour. These services are provided by independent third-party suppliers.

Sage Travel Services shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, mechanical failure, accident, breakdown, traffic condition, weather event, government action, labor strike, airline cancellation, act of God, or other occurrence beyond its direct control.

In the event of such delays or service failures, Sage Travel Services will make reasonable efforts to continue the tour as planned but does not guarantee adherence to the published itinerary.

No refunds, credits, or compensation shall be provided for delays, interruptions, or itinerary changes resulting from circumstances beyond the Company’s control.

Any goodwill compensation or travel credits offered by Sage Travel Services are provided solely at the discretion of the Company and do not constitute an admission of fault or liability.

Processing Refunds: Refunds will be issued by check or credited back to the original form of payment, depending on the payment method used and the length of time since the original payment was made.

Insurance Claims: Customers who are unable to travel due to unforeseen circumstances may be able to file a claim with their travel insurance provider if they meet the insurer's requirements. This matter is solely between the Customer and their insurance company.

  3. Transfer of Booking
Customers may transfer their booking to another party up to five (5) days prior to the departure date. The new participant must meet all the requirements for the tour and agree to the terms and conditions. The original Customer must notify the Company in writing of the transfer and provide the new participant's details.

  4. Amendments by the Company
Sage Travel Services reserves the right to make necessary changes to the itinerary or tour schedule due to operational requirements or other valid reasons. If the changes are substantial, customers will be informed promptly and offered alternative arrangements or a full refund.

  5. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any unexpected events that may cause you to cancel or interrupt your trip.

  6. Travel Documents
Passports and Visas: It is your responsibility to ensure that you have valid passports and visas for international travel.
