Friday, May 15 – Rolling Northward! 🚍🛍️

All aboard for an unforgettable journey to the Big Apple! We’ll depart from North Augusta with a pickup in Lexington, then head north for a week full of city lights, Broadway sights, and iconic landmarks. Midday, we’ll stop at Carolina Premium Outlets in Smithfield, NC — perfect for lunch and a little retail therapy. By evening, we’ll check in and get a good night’s rest for the exciting days ahead.

Saturday, May 16 – Capital Views & City Lights 🎡🌆

This morning, we’ll make our way to the scenic National Harbor, a waterfront destination packed with art, shops, and great food. Take a spin on the Capital Wheel or simply enjoy the view! After lunch, we’ll travel onward to our hotel just outside New York City, where we’ll settle in and prepare for our weekend in the city that never sleeps.

Sunday, May 17 – Broadway Magic in the Big Apple 🎭✨

Today, we head into the heart of Midtown Manhattan, where the excitement of New York surrounds us! Visit landmarks like St. Patrick’s Cathedral, Rockefeller Center, and Times Square, then enjoy a Broadway performance that’s sure to dazzle and delight. After the show, we’ll come together for a group dinner at a restaurant in Times Square — a perfect end to our first full day in the city.

Monday, May 18 – Lady Liberty, the 9/11 Memorial & Macy’s 🗽🕊️🛍️

After breakfast, we’re off on a guided tour of Downtown Manhattan, including a ferry ride to the Statue of Liberty, plus time at the 9/11 Memorial, Wall Street, and more. In the evening, you’ll enjoy dinner on your own near Herald Square, with time to visit the famous Macy’s flagship store before returning to the hotel.

Tuesday, May 19 – Harlem’s Heartbeat & A Free Afternoon 🎷🏛️

This morning, we’ll explore the soul of the city during a guided tour of Harlem and Uptown Manhattan. Highlights include the historic Apollo Theater, Columbia University, and the grand Cathedral of St. John the Divine. Afterward, enjoy a free afternoon to discover New York your way — shop, stroll Central Park, or visit a museum of your choice.

Wednesday, May 20 – The Road Home 🇺🇸🪖

After a continental breakfast, we begin heading back south. We will make stops along the way to break up the drive.

Thursday, May 21 – Memories 🏡📸

After breakfast, we’ll complete the last leg of our journey back to Lexington and North Augusta, reflecting on all the amazing moments from our time in New York City. It’s been a week of laughter, discovery, and unforgettable memories — and we can’t wait to travel with you again!

FAQ about our Tours

What is your cancellation policy?

Travelers who cancel their booking at least 60 days prior to the trip departure date are eligible for a full refund, minus a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 60 days of the departure date are non-refundable.

If travel insurance was purchased and the reason for cancellation falls under the coverage terms of your policy, you may be able to file a claim to recover eligible costs of the trip, excluding the travel insurance premium. Please refer to the terms and conditions of your travel insurance policy and consult directly with your insurance provider for details regarding coverage and claims.

I want to go but do not have a roommate, do you offer roommate matching?

We do not match roommates. We do have a Facebook group where you can request a roommate match and find your own roommate. You can find it by CLICKING HERE.

What if there is inclement weather?

In case of inclement weather, we will make every effort to reschedule the tour. Should rescheduling prove impossible, you will be fully refunded.

Are there any stops scheduled for the bus ride?

Yes! We have stops schedule every 2 to 2.5 hours.

Do you offer luggage handling?

Luggage handling will be provided at the final destination hotel. It will not be provided at the en route hotels.

What hotels will we be staying at?

Hotel details will be provided approximately one month before your trip. Typically, we select nationally recognized mid-tier hotels, such as Best Western, Tru by Hilton, and Country Inn and Suites, based on our previous trips. Rest assured, all accommodations are routinely inspected by our tour company to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and cleanliness.
