Sample Itinerary
Friday Evening
6:00 PM - Depart Lexington Park & Ride. 7:15 PM - Depart North Augusta Park & Ride. Relax as we travel overnight toward sunny Key West, with scheduled comfort stops along the way.
Saturday Morning
Before arriving in Key West, we will stop at a large travel center where you will have time to change clothes, freshen up, grab breakfast, and, if available, take a shower for an additional fee. Arrive in Key West around 9:30-10:00 AM.
Saturday Daytime
Drop off near the Old Town / Duval Street area for a full day to explore on your own, including Duval Street, Southernmost Point, Mallory Square, the waterfront, lunch, beach time, and island wandering.
Saturday Night
Depart Key West around 10:00 PM and travel overnight back to South Carolina.
Sunday
Arrive home early afternoon.
Frequently Asked Questions
Will I have access to the bus while we are at the destination?
No. Once we arrive, the bus will park and will not be accessible during the day. Please take anything you need with you, including medications, money, phones, chargers, and personal essentials.
Does the bus have a restroom?
Yes. Charter motorcoaches have restrooms for emergency use. We also schedule regular comfort stops along the route with full restroom facilities.
What happens during late-night comfort stops?
After 10:00 PM, we follow a quiet-hours policy. Overhead lights are kept off and microphone announcements are avoided so passengers can continue resting.
What is the temperature like on the bus overnight?
The motorcoach is typically kept cool during overnight travel. Dressing in layers and bringing a blanket or travel throw is recommended.
Are seats assigned?
Yes. Seats are assigned on the motorcoach. Each passenger receives one seat, and solo travelers may be seated beside another traveler.
