A TASTE OF EACH DAY

Day 1 — Northbound: Meet your travel family and begin the journey toward Kentucky or Ohio, with a welcome dinner along the way.

Day 2 — The Henry Ford: Continue into Michigan and spend the afternoon discovering American innovation at The Henry Ford.

Day 3 — Frankenmuth: Enjoy Michigan's Little Bavaria, festive shopping, and a planned Bavarian-style dinner.

Day 4 — Mackinac Island: Ferry across to the car-free island for a horse-drawn carriage tour, a featured luncheon, and village free time.

Day 5 — Island & Great Lakes Leisure: Slow the pace with waterfront scenery, shops, and a few island favorites.

Day 6 — Northern Michigan: Experience the Soo Locks or a comparable Great Lakes cruise.

Day 7 — Southbound: Begin the return journey with a featured travel-day stop and an overnight along the route.

Day 8 — Home: Return to Charlotte, Lexington, and North Augusta with unforgettable Great Lakes memories.
