🚍 Thursday, December 4, 2025 – Travel Day
Our adventure begins as we travel north toward Richmond, Virginia. We'll spend our first night here, giving us a chance to relax and break up the drive before the excitement truly begins.
🚍 Friday, December 5, 2025 – Christmas Cheer and Country Charm
After breakfast, we’ll continue our journey north. Along the way, we'll stop at the festive Shady Maple Farm Market and Smorgasbord in East Earl, Pennsylvania. Wander through the massive country market filled with holiday treats, homemade goodies, and Christmas gifts, then enjoy a hearty, traditional Pennsylvania Dutch lunch — included with your trip. After soaking in the festive atmosphere, we'll continue traveling and arrive at our New Jersey hotel by early evening. Relax and get ready — tomorrow we head into the heart of New York City!
🗽 Saturday, December 6, 2025 – Guided Tour & Fifth Avenue Holiday Magic
After breakfast, we’ll travel into Manhattan for a morning guided tour of the city. During our tour, we’ll see many of the highlights that make New York so magical, including Central Park, Rockefeller Center, Times Square, and so much more. Once our tour concludes, the afternoon is yours to enjoy. Wander through Central Park, shop the glittering stores along Fifth Avenue, and explore the holiday markets at your own pace. Those who wish can attend the Radio City Christmas Spectacular featuring the Rockettes; tickets for the Christmas Spectacular must be purchased individually in advance. After a festive afternoon and evening, we’ll regroup and return to our hotel.
🗽 Sunday, December 7, 2025 – Guided Tour & Times Square Adventures
After breakfast, we'll return to Manhattan for another morning guided tour, continuing to explore more of the city's festive sights. Today's tour will take us through highlights such as Wall Street, the 9/11 Memorial, and other unforgettable locations. Following the tour, you’ll have the afternoon free to enjoy Times Square and the Theater District. This is the perfect opportunity to take in a Broadway matinee performance; tickets for Broadway shows must be purchased individually in advance. Whether shopping, sightseeing, or catching a show, the afternoon is yours to experience the magic of New York during the holiday season. We'll return to the hotel later that evening.
🎄 Monday, December 8, 2025 – Macy’s Magic, Holiday Markets & Chinatown
Today is all about soaking in the Christmas spirit! After breakfast, we'll head to the iconic Macy’s Herald Square, home to beautiful holiday windows and the magical Santaland experience. You’ll have plenty of time to browse, shop, and enjoy the festive displays.
In the afternoon, continue celebrating the season with free time to explore the Bryant Park Winter Village, Grand Central’s Holiday Market, and the dazzling Fifth Avenue window displays.
We’ll also visit Chinatown to shop for unique gifts and souvenirs. After a fun-filled, festive day, we’ll return to our hotel for a relaxing evening.
🚍 Tuesday, December 9, 2025 – Christmas Charm at Peddler’s Village
After breakfast, we'll begin our journey home — but first, we'll stop at the delightful Peddler’s Village in Lahaska, Pennsylvania. This charming, European-inspired village will be beautifully decorated for the holidays with twinkling lights, wreaths, garlands, and festive window displays. You'll have free time to stroll the cobblestone pathways, shop for unique gifts and handmade treasures, and grab a bite to eat if you wish.
After soaking in the old-world holiday charm, we'll continue our journey south and spend our final night in Richmond, Virginia.
🚍 Wednesday, December 10, 2025 – Homeward Bound
After breakfast, we’ll travel home, filled with the joy, laughter, and memories of a truly magical Christmas adventure in New York City!
FAQ about our Tours
What is your cancellation policy?
Travelers who cancel their booking at least 30 days prior to the trip departure date are eligible for a full refund, minus a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 30 days of the departure date are non-refundable.
If travel insurance was purchased and the reason for cancellation falls under the coverage terms of your policy, you may be able to file a claim to recover eligible costs of the trip, excluding the travel insurance premium. Please refer to the terms and conditions of your travel insurance policy and consult directly with your insurance provider for details regarding coverage and claims.
What if there is inclement weather?
In case of inclement weather, we will make every effort to reschedule the tour. Should rescheduling prove impossible, you will be fully refunded.
Are there any stops scheduled for the bus ride?
Yes! We have stops schedule every 2 to 2.5 hours.
Do you offer luggage handling?
No. We do recommend packing one big bag to unload in New York City, and one smaller bag to use for the en route hotels.
What hotels will we be staying at?
Hotel details will be provided approximately one month before your trip. Typically, we select nationally recognized mid-tier hotels, such as Best Western, Tru by Hilton, and Country Inn and Suites, based on our previous trips. Rest assured, all accommodations are routinely inspected by our tour company to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and cleanliness.
