Itinerary
December 7, 2026 – Welcome to Nashville & Opryland Country Christmas
Our holiday adventure begins as we depart for Nashville, Tennessee — “Music City USA.” Upon arrival, we’ll check into the spectacular Gaylord Opryland Resort, where Christmas magic surrounds you the moment you step inside.
Beneath the resort’s massive glass atriums, you’ll discover lush indoor gardens filled with thousands of poinsettias, winding pathways, waterfalls, and gently flowing rivers. More than two million sparkling Christmas lights create a breathtaking holiday atmosphere throughout the resort.
Enjoy time to explore on your own — browse the shops, relax in the gardens, or simply take in the festive displays. This evening we’ll gather for a traditional family-style Christmas dinner with all the trimmings, followed by a spectacular holiday show. Afterward, relax and enjoy the beauty of Opryland at night.
December 8, 2026 – ICE!, Riverboat Cruise & Downtown Nashville
After breakfast, we’ll experience one of Opryland’s most impressive holiday attractions — ICE! This incredible exhibit features larger-than-life holiday scenes, carvings, and sculptures created entirely from ice.
Later we’ll board the elegant General Jackson Showboat for a scenic luncheon cruise along the Cumberland River, complete with festive entertainment and beautiful views.
In the afternoon we’ll visit Downtown Nashville, where you’ll have free time to explore the famous Honky Tonks, browse local shops, and enjoy dinner on your own before returning to the hotel.
December 9, 2026 – Country Music Heritage & Nashville Nightlife
After breakfast, we’ll visit the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum, the world’s largest country music museum and home to an incredible collection of costumes, instruments, memorabilia, and legendary recordings.
Following our visit, enjoy free time downtown for lunch and more exploring along Nashville’s lively Broadway district.
Later we’ll return to Opryland for a relaxing Delta River Flatboat ride, gliding through the resort’s stunning indoor gardens past fountains, waterfalls, and tropical plants.
This evening we’ll head to the Nashville Nightlife Dinner Theater for a delicious buffet dinner and an exciting show celebrating the greatest stars in country music, along with festive Christmas favorites.
December 10, 2026 – Nashville Highlights & Journey Home
After breakfast, we’ll check out and enjoy a guided highlights tour of Nashville. Our scenic drive will take us past famous landmarks including the Ryman Auditorium, Tennessee State Capitol, historic Second Avenue, and the homes of several well-known country music entertainers.
After the tour, we’ll begin our journey home with wonderful memories of holiday lights, great music, and the magic of an Opryland Country Christmas.
FAQ about our Tours
What is your cancellation policy?
Travelers who cancel their booking at least 60 days prior to the trip departure date are eligible for a full refund, minus a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 60 days of the departure date are non-refundable.
If travel insurance was purchased and the reason for cancellation falls under the coverage terms of your policy, you may be able to file a claim to recover eligible costs of the trip, excluding the travel insurance premium. Please refer to the terms and conditions of your travel insurance policy and consult directly with your insurance provider for details regarding coverage and claims.
What if there is inclement weather?
In case of inclement weather, we will make every effort to reschedule the tour. Should rescheduling prove impossible, you will be fully refunded.
Are there any stops scheduled for the bus ride?
Yes! We have stops schedule every 2 to 2.5 hours.
Do you offer luggage handling?
Luggage handling will be provided at your final destination hotel. However, please note that this service will not be available at hotels during your journey to or from the final destination (if there are any). You will be responsible for managing your own luggage throughout these transit periods. For your convenience, we recommend packing a small overnight bag containing essential items such as documents, valuables, and medications for use on these nights.
What hotels will we be staying at?
Hotel details will be provided approximately one month before your trip. Typically, we select nationally recognized mid-tier hotels, such as Best Western, Tru by Hilton, and Country Inn and Suites, based on our previous trips. Rest assured, all accommodations are routinely inspected by our tour company to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and cleanliness.
